  1. First step is to visit IOP bank branches and ask the staff for the paperwork for online banking.
  2. Fill the form securely, then hand it to the staff working at the IOB branch.
  3. After submitting the form, an SMS accommodate with login and user ID will be sent to the registered phone number. 
  4. Within eight or ten days, both your transaction and login passwords will be sent to the address you provided on your form.

Process to check your IOB account balance using Net Banking
